- 1-3/4 cup Milk (whole Or 2%), Divided
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Divided

- Using a large oven safe skillet, add pork to skillet and season with salt, pepper, sage and thyme. Cook ground pork for 3-4 minutes. Add diced peppers and onion, and continue to cook until pork is fully cooked. Stir maple syrup in with pork and vegetables.

Drizzle the cheese sauce over eggs in skillet.
- Place tator tots evenly over cheese sauce in skillet. Cover skillet with foil, and bake for 20-25 minutes at 425u0b0F. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and tator tots are crispy.
