Ultimate Italian Chopped Salad
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1/4 cups Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 2 heads Lettuce Finely Chopped, Romaine And Iceburg
- 1/4 pounds Sopressatta, Or Salami, Juliienne
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Quartered
- 1/4 pounds Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans, Drained
- 2 Tablespoons Kalamata Pitted Olives, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Black Pitted Olives, Chopped
- 1/4 Red Onion, Sliced Thin
- 1 pint Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- Add all dressing ingredients to a shaker or bowl with lid and shake well until combined.
- Toss salad ingredients together and drizzle with dressing.
