Chocolate Cherry Bread
- 2 whole Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cups Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cups Maraschino Cherries
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Chunks
- Fresh Cherries, For Topping
- 1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0F. Spray a small size loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- Place bananas, oats, maple syrup, baking powder, cacao powder, amd coconut milk in a blender and work it for up to 1 minute, or until the ingredients have combined and there are no chunks left. Add cherries and chocolate chunks and fold to combine.
- Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and bake for about 32 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Top with fresh cherries and sprinkle powdered sugar.
- Keep refrigerated. Serve hot or cold.
