Easy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
- 1 head Cauliflower, Cut Into Florets
- 1/2 Yellow Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 3 cloves (large) Garlic, Peeled
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/3 cups Parmesan, Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Parsley, Chopped, For Optional Garnish
- Preheat oven to 425u0b0F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add cauliflower florets, thinly sliced yellow onion, peeled garlic cloves, olive oil, sea salt, ground black pepper, and Parmesan to the baking sheet and toss to coat evenly. Place into the oven and roast, tossing occasionally, until the cauliflower is just tender, about 20-25 minutes.
