Vanilla Sprinkle Cookies
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 box Instant French Vanilla Pudding Mix (3.4 Oz Box)
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1-3/4 cup Flour
- 2 teaspoons Colored Sugar Crystals Or Sprinkles (plus More For Garnish)
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugars. Add eggs and pudding mix, and mix well. Add soda and flour and mix until combined. Fold in sugar crystals, mixing to incorporate evenly.
- Drop tablespoon sized spoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, leaving 2 inches in between each. Then use the back side of a spoon or scoop to make an indention in the center of each cookie. Fill the indents with more sugar crystals.
- Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes.
