Raw Broccoli Salad

  1. Mix the cut vegetables together in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients together until well blended.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir well.
  4. Allow to sit covered, in your fridge, for 30-60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Garnish with roasted peanuts and serve.
