Rustic Rocky Road Pancakes
- 2-1/2 cups Flour
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 2 ounces, weight Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1-1/2 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1-1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- Whipped Cream, Chocolate Syrup, Maraschino Cherries, And Marshmallows, For Topping (optional)
- Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Whisk oil, milk, and eggs in a separate bowl. Gradually pour wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix. Slowly stir in marshmallows and almonds.
- Cook each pancake for 2 minutes on each side over low heat. Let pancakes cool for around 2 minutes.
- Top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, maraschino cherries, and marshmallows, if desired. Enjoy!
