Rustic Rocky Road Pancakes

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  2. Whisk oil, milk, and eggs in a separate bowl. Gradually pour wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix. Slowly stir in marshmallows and almonds.
  3. Cook each pancake for 2 minutes on each side over low heat. Let pancakes cool for around 2 minutes.
  4. Top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, maraschino cherries, and marshmallows, if desired. Enjoy!
