Vegan Chocolate Balsamic Cookies
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cups Flax Meal
- 1/4 cups Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cups Chopped Walnut Or Other Nut (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cups Canola Oil Or Coconut Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Milk Substitute
- 1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix flour, flax meal, cocoa powder, nuts and baking soda in one bowl and the rest of the ingredients in another.
- Combine the two, mix well. Dough should be slightly dry.
- 3. Roll dough into small balls and then flatten. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
