Vegan Chocolate Balsamic Cookies

  1. 1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Mix flour, flax meal, cocoa powder, nuts and baking soda in one bowl and the rest of the ingredients in another.
  3. Combine the two, mix well. Dough should be slightly dry.
  4. 3. Roll dough into small balls and then flatten. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 4. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Let cool and enjoy!
