Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat until browned (nutty smell and brown color, about 5-10 minutes) and let cool slightly.
  3. 3. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.
  4. 4. Mix brown sugar, vanilla extract and browned butter in a medium bowl.
  5. 5. Mix in the egg.
  6. 6. Gently fold in the flour mixture until just combined.
  7. 7. Fold in the chopped fudge.
  8. 8. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheets and bake each for 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes and move to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  10. 10. Enjoy!
