Vegan Chocolate Cake

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F and lightly grease a 9" baking pan with canola oil.
  2. 2. With a wire whisk, mix together flour, 200g sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. 3. Add vanilla extract, vinegar, oil and water and whisk until combined (don't overmix, just until everything is combined).
  4. 4. Pour batter into the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Sprinkle with remaining 30g sugar and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  6. 6. Enjoy!
