Earl Grey Rose Nectar

  1. Prepare the earl grey tea (see note below). Let tea cool in the fridge.
  2. In a blender, add cold earl grey tea and the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high for 30-40 seconds. Taste and adjust the sweetness, or add more rose water if you like. You should distinctly taste the earl grey and the rose flavors together.
  3. Note: To prepare the tea, steep 2 tablespoons loose earl grey tea leaves in 1 cup water for at least 20 minutes, or longer depending on how strong you like it (I let mine sit until it cooled off). Alternatively, add 2 tea bags to 1 cup of hot water.
