Coconut Flour Brownies
- 10 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2/3 cups Coconut Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 cups Pecans Or Other Nuts (optional)
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F.
- 2. Line a 13" x 9" baking pan with parchment paper, leave it hanging over on the sides so you can pull it out when it's done.
- 3. Melt the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in the chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts into the oil.
- 4. Remove the pan from the heat and pour into mixing bowl. Beat in vanilla extract and sugar.
- 5. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- 6. Add in the flour and salt until fully combined.
- 7. Fold in the pecans (or walnuts) if using.
- 8. Pour into the parchment-lined pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. (Mine were done in 25 minutes.)
- 9. Allow to cool before removing from pan and cutting.
