Coconut Flour Brownies

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. 2. Line a 13" x 9" baking pan with parchment paper, leave it hanging over on the sides so you can pull it out when it's done.
  3. 3. Melt the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in the chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts into the oil.
  4. 4. Remove the pan from the heat and pour into mixing bowl. Beat in vanilla extract and sugar.
  5. 5. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  6. 6. Add in the flour and salt until fully combined.
  7. 7. Fold in the pecans (or walnuts) if using.
  8. 8. Pour into the parchment-lined pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. (Mine were done in 25 minutes.)
  9. 9. Allow to cool before removing from pan and cutting.
