Easy Falafel

  1. Wash chickpeas with cold water and drain dry. Add to a blender. Add parsley, onions, garlic, sesame seeds, cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend into small pieces.
  2. Transfer everything into a bowl. Add flour and mix. Gather into a ball, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Form small pancakes or balls (or any form you like). Add oil to a pan and fry on both sides, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. For the sauce, in a bowl add lemon juice, hummus, dill, garlic, and salt. Add a little bit of water and mix.
  5. Serve falafel with sauce and enjoy.
