Fresh Pepper Medly With Vermouth

  1. Seed and devein peppers, cutting them all into long strips.
  2. Coat a large frying or saute pan with the olive oil. On med/high heat add: peppers, onion, garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. Saute until peppers begin to get slightly limp. Add Vermouth and cover and simmer until tender (15-20 minutes).
  4. Great as side dish for polish sausage or other meats.
