Italian Beef Casserole(Microwave)

  1. Place beef in a 3-quart casserole.
  2. Break with fork.
  3. Use "Cook" cycle and cook 6 to 8 minutes in microwave until meat changes color.
  4. Break up any remaining large pieces.
  5. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
  6. Mix well and cover.
  7. Use "Cook" cycle for 10 minutes.
  8. Stir and cover.
  9. Cook for 14 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
