Warm And Gooey Chocolate Chunk Brownies
- 1/2 cups Oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tablespoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/3 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 ounce, weight Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips Or Chunks
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- 1. In a large bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix to combine.
- 2. In a medium sized bowl combine the salt, baking powder, cocoa, and flour. Gradually whisk dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- 3. Add the chopped baking chunks to the batter. Stir to combine.
- 4. Place in a 9x9 baking dish that you've coated with butter or non-stick spray.
- 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and pulling away from the sides of the dish.
