Chicken Pasta
- 3 Tbsp. stir-fry sauce
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 4 halves boneless chicken breast
- 1 pkg. angel hair pasta
- Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped yellow pepper
- 1 fresh diced tomato
- basil
- Bake or grill chicken.
- Cut into 1-inch cubes after cooked. Combine sauces, wine and onion.
- Cook until onion is browned.
- Add tomato sauce, peppers and mushrooms.
- Simmer until sauces are warmed; add chicken.
- Simmer about 10 minutes.
- Boil pasta per directions.
- Drain.
- Add cold water and drain again.
- Pour sauce on pasta.
- Add fresh tomato; sprinkle with basil and cheese to taste.
