St. Patrick’S Day Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 15 ounces, weight Mini Marshmallows, Divided
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 6 cups Lucky Charms, St. Patrick's Day Variety
- 4 Tablespoons St. Patrick's Day Decorative Sprinkles, Plus More For Topping
- Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat until completely melted. Add 2/3 of the marshmallows and stir into butter until completely melted.
- Stir in vanilla extract and Lucky Charms cereal. Add remaining marshmallows to the mix and just stir a few times, we don't want them to melt.
- Pour in sprinkles and then transfer to prepared pan. Press the Lucky Charms treats evenly into the pan, and then scatter additional sprinkles over the top. I used tons of sprinkles!
- Allow to cool, and then cut into squares or rectangles.
