Gluten-Free Goat Cheese And Herb Biscuits
- 2 cups All-purpose Gluten-free Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1/2 cups Melted Butter Or Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cups Herb Goat Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter Or Olive Oil, For Brushing On Biscuits
- 1/4 cups Chopped Parsley For Sprinkling
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a separate medium size mixing bowl.
- Combine the dry with wet ingredients and mix well. Fold in goat cheese carefully.
- Using an ice cream scoop, drop biscuits onto baking sheet. Be sure to leave enough space between each biscuit since they will expand in the oven.
- Bake on the middle rack in the oven for 12-14 minutes. Mine took about 13 minutes. Once they come out, brush with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
