Watergate Salad Ice Cream
- 1-1/2 cup Half-and-half
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cups Skim Milk
- 2 packages Pistachio Pudding Mix, 3 Oz Each
- 1/2 cups Maraschino Cherries, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Crushed Pineapple, Drained
- 1/2 cups Walnuts, Chopped
- 3/4 cups Smucker's Marshmallow Ice Cream Topping
- Mix together the half and half, cream, and milk with the pistachio pudding mix. Add to running ice cream maker and allow to churn for 25-30 minutes, or until the motor starts to strain.
- Remove ice cream to bowl and fold in cherries, pineapple, walnuts, and marshmallow topping. Don't mix too much - you want some yummy swirls of marshmallow running all through it.
- Add mixture to an airtight container and freeze for at least two hours and enjoy.
- Or eat entire bowl over sink with an over-sized spoon. It's delicious either way.
