Asian Salad With Tamari Peanut Dressing

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss salad greens, chopped peppers, shredded carrot, mint, avocado and peanuts.
  2. In a small Mason jar, combine oil, peanut butter, water, tamari, maple syrup, garlic, and lime juice. Shake vigorously until smooth. Pour dressing over salad and toss until really well coated-don't skimp on the dressing!
  3. Divide into lovely big salad bowls to serve as a main for two, or leave in a larger bowl to serve as a side. Garnish with black and white sesame seeds. Enjoy!
