Pumpkin Oat Bran Muffins

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Make a well in center of mixture.
  2. Combine pumpkin and the next 3 ingredients; stir well.
  3. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  4. Spoon into muffin tins coated with cooking spray, filling 3/4 full.
  5. Bake at 425u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from pans immediately.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature. Yields 1 dozen.
  8. Each muffin contains about 138 calories.
