Wheat Sandwich Bread For The Bread Machine
- 2 cups White Bread Flour
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Butter, Room Temperature
- 1/3 cups Honey
- 10 ounces, fluid Water
- 1 teaspoon Breadmachine Yeast
- 1. Place all ingredients (except for yeast) in the bread pan in the order given. Make sure to be as exact as possible when measuring.
- 2. Put yeast in your machine's yeast dispenser.
- 3. If your machine has the option for a basic or wheat setting, chose BASIC. Select light crust (if your machine allows you to do so). Select medium loaf size (if your machine has loaf size options).
- 4. Set it and forget it.
- 5. Allow bread to cool completely on a wire rack before storing.
