Pronto Pizzas Deluxe(Serves Six)

  1. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add leeks and bell pepper and saute until just tender, about 8 minutes.
  3. Add crushed red pepper and stir 30 seconds.
  4. Transfer to plate.
  5. Add sausage to skillet and cook until no longer pink, crumbling with fork, about 4 minutes.
  6. Transfer to another plate. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead; cover vegetables and sausage separately and chill.)
  7. Preheat oven to 450u0b0.
  8. Place pizza crusts on pizza pans or baking sheets.
  9. Spread 1/4 cup olive paste over each.
  10. Top with cheese.
  11. Divide sausage and vegetables between pizzas.
  12. Bake until cheese melts, about 15 minutes.
  13. Top with basil.
