White & Chocolate Swirl Fudge
- 16 ounces, weight White Chocolate Morsels (I Use Nestle's, Any Will Work)
- 1/4 teaspoons Almond Extract
- 2 cans (14 Oz. Size) Sweet Condensed Milk, Divided
- 16 ounces, weight Dark Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels (I Use Hershey's, Any Will Work)
- 1/4 cups Confectioners Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans, Divided (optional)
- You will need 2 microwave safe bowls. In the first bowl, add white chocolate morsels, almond extract, and half the sweet condensed milk. Stir well, cover and place in the microwave in 45-second intervals until bowl contents melts.
- Repeat with the second bowl, using the dark semi sweet chocolate morsels, confectioners sugar and remaining sweet condensed milk. Stir together, cover and microwave in 45-second intervals until melted.
- Add half of the chopped pecans (optional, but I always use them) into each bowl and stir with a sturdy spatula to incorporate ingredients well.
- Using a 9 x 12 x 3 baking dish (I use a clear glass dish), layer the bottom with half the chocolate bowl mixture. Add half the white chocolate bowl mixture, repeat with remaining chocolate mixtures. Using a wooden skewer, make a swirl from left to right across the entire dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Cut into your desired sizes and indulge! Also makes a great gift for family or friends. Enjoy!
