Pork Chop Dinner Bake

  1. Heat
  2. oil
  3. in
  4. heavy
  5. skillet
  6. and
  7. brown chops on both sides. Butter
  8. a
  9. large
  10. baking dish which has a well fitting cover. Arrange
  11. potatoes and onions in layers, seasoning with salt
  12. and pepper.
  13. Place browned pork chops on top.
  14. Salt and pepper them. Mix Worcestershire sauce, soup and milk and pour over all ingredients.
  15. Cover
  16. tightly and bake at 375u0b0 for 50 minutes or until
  17. chops
  18. are very tender.
  19. Remove lid for the last few minutes for browning.
  20. Yield:
  21. 6 servings.
