Cherry Blueberry Crumble
- 3 cups Fresh Cherries, Pitted And Halved
- 1-1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar, Divided
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/4 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups 1-Minute Oats
- 6 Tablespoons Cold Butter
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Butter an 8-inch square baking dish and set aside.
- Place cherries and blueberries in a large bowl. Add cornstarch and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and mix gently until fruit is evenly coated with sugar. Pour fruit into baking dish.
- Place remaining granulated sugar, flour, brown sugar, salt, oats, and butter in the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Mix together until ingredients are incorporated and mixture is crumbly.
- Spread crumble mixture evenly over the fruit in the baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown on top. Cool 45 minutes or until room temperature.
- Serve with sweetened whipped cream, if desired. Enjoy!
