Easy Apple Strudel

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cut margarine into flour as for pie dough.
  2. Make a well in center and add egg yolks, water and vinegar; mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
  4. Pare and slice apples.
  5. Divide chilled dough into 3 equal parts.
  6. On a lightly floured board, roll each out to a rectangle the thickness of pie crust.
  7. Spread apple slices over 2/3 of each rectangle.
  8. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and graham cracker crumbs.
  9. Roll up like a jelly roll with no apple slices inside the last turn.
  10. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  11. Brush tops with milk and sprinkle with additional sugar.
