White Chocolate Coconut Cookies
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1-3/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 cups Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar for 3 minutes. Add in the egg, milk and vanilla and continue to mix for another 2 minutes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix for another minute. Mix in the coconut and white chocolate chips until just combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Press down slightly. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Let the cookies sit on the pan for a few minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
