White Chocolate Cinnamon Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 450u0b0F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper or a Silpat mat. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Whisk to combine.
  3. Pour in the buttermilk and melted butter, stirring to ensure that there are no lumps. Gently fold in white chocolate chips.
  4. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto prepared baking pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until biscuits are slightly golden brown and firm. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes on pan, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. To make the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and heavy cream in a large bowl. Drizzle over cooled biscuits.
  6. Enjoy!
