White Chocolate Craisin Scones

  1. 1. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. 2. Cut in the butter.
  3. 3. Stir in white chocolate chips and Craisins.
  4. 4. In liquid measuring cup, put 1 egg slightly beaten and add buttermilk until it makes 1 cup.
  5. 5. Add buttermilk and egg to the dry mixture and stir until it just holds together. Add a little more buttermilk if it seems to dry.
  6. 6. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased sheet.
  7. 7. Cook at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  8. 8. Serve with lemon curd or jam and enjoy!
