White Chocolate Craisin Scones
- 2 cups Flour
- 2-1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cups Craisins
- 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Buttermilk, More Or Less As Needed
- 1. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- 2. Cut in the butter.
- 3. Stir in white chocolate chips and Craisins.
- 4. In liquid measuring cup, put 1 egg slightly beaten and add buttermilk until it makes 1 cup.
- 5. Add buttermilk and egg to the dry mixture and stir until it just holds together. Add a little more buttermilk if it seems to dry.
- 6. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased sheet.
- 7. Cook at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- 8. Serve with lemon curd or jam and enjoy!
