White Chocolate Ganache Pudding

  1. 1. Bring whipping cream and syrup to point of steaming.
  2. 2. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Let sit for a couple of minutes. Stir until blended. (This is a white chocolate ganache.)
  3. 3. Pour warm mixture into a bowl.
  4. 4. Add cold milk and cornstarch to a medium saucepan.
  5. 5. Whisk until cornstarch is blended.
  6. 6. Add white chocolate ganache to the milk mixture.
  7. 7. Continue to whisk until mixture thickens. Continue to whisk for 2 more minutes.
  8. 8. Let pudding stop steaming.
  9. 9. Place wide-mouth funnel over wine glasses.
  10. 10. Fill 3/4 full and chill. Top with unsweetened whipping cream.
  11. Enjoy!
