Christmas Sticky Buns
- 2 loaves Frozen White Bread Dough (I Use Rhodes, And Usually Need All 3 Loaves From The Package)
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 packages (3 Oz. Size) Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 stick Butter, Melted
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- Let the loaves of frozen bread dough in the refrigerator overnight. (As noted above, the brand I buy comes 3 loaves to a package, and I usually use all the loaves.) Next morning, cover the bottom of an 11" x 16" pan with chopped pecans. Slice each loaf into 1/2" slices and lay in the pan over the pecans. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over slices in the pan. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 2 hours. Bake at 350u0b0F for 30-35 minutes. Invert pan onto a cookie sheet (the topping can be very sticky and impossible to clean once it hardens so I usually cover my cookie sheet with aluminum foil) and serve warm.
