Two-Ingredient Bagels
- FOR THE BAGELS:
- 1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt, Strained
- 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
- FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- 1 whole Egg, Whisked
- Trader Joes Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (optional)
- Ground Cinnamon (optional)
- Add yogurt and self-rising flour in a bowl. Knead until texture reaches dough-like consistency. Add more flour if very sticky.
- Remove dough from bowl and shape into a ball. Divide into 3 to 4 pieces.
- Roll each piece of dough into a rope. Form a circle with the rope and pinch the ends together to form bagles. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk 1 egg and brush egg wash on top of each bagel. Sprinklg with desired toppings.
- Bake at 350u0b0F for 27 minutes, or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Remove, let cool and enjoy!
