Two-Ingredient Bagels

  1. Add yogurt and self-rising flour in a bowl. Knead until texture reaches dough-like consistency. Add more flour if very sticky.
  2. Remove dough from bowl and shape into a ball. Divide into 3 to 4 pieces.
  3. Roll each piece of dough into a rope. Form a circle with the rope and pinch the ends together to form bagles. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, whisk 1 egg and brush egg wash on top of each bagel. Sprinklg with desired toppings.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0F for 27 minutes, or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Remove, let cool and enjoy!
