White Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Graham Cracker Squares
- 24 Graham Cracker Squares (12 Whole Crackers Broken In Half)
- 1 cup Crushed Pretzels
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 8 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chips Or Almond Bark
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and lay your graham cracker squares in a single layer.
- 2. In a medium bowl combine pretzels, chocolate chips, and marshmallows together and set aside.
- 3. In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate, stirring every 20 seconds, and continuing to heat for additional 20 second increments until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in peanut butter.
- 4. Pour white chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers, spreading with a spatula as you go. (Crackers will slide a bit, but that's OK).
- 5. Sprinkle the pretzel, chocolate chip, and marshmallow mixture all over the top of the crackers.
- 6. Let cool for a few minutes, then pull apart the grahams and enjoy!
