Funny Face Cookies

  1. Allow both crust pouches to stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oven to 450u0b0.
  3. In small bowl, lightly beat egg white and almond extract; set aside.
  4. Cut dough rounds from crusts with floured 2 1/2-inch round cookie cutter.
  5. (Reserve dough scraps.)
  6. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Brush with egg white mixture; sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Make funny faces with desired candy topping and reserved dough scraps.
  8. Brush dough scraps with egg white mixture and sprinkle with sugar.
  9. Bake at 450u0b0 for 5 to 7 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
  10. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
