White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge
- 3 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Mint Extract
- 1/2 cups Crushed Peppermint Candy (or More As Needed To Taste)
- 1. Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper. In a medium sauce pan, combine white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Heat gently on the stove over low heat while stirring with a heatproof spatula.
- 2. Let the mixture melt until completely smooth while stirring, about 10-15 minutes. Take it off heat and stir in mint extract thoroughly. Transfer mixture into prepared baking pan, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies liberally on top.
- 3. Cover pan and refrigerate white chocolate peppermint fudge for at least 2 hours to let it set. It can keep for a few days, so you can make it well in advance if needed. When you are ready to serve, just cut the fudge into small cubes and spread the holiday cheer!
