White Chocolate Toffee
- 16 pieces Graham Crackers Sheets
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 4 ounces, weight White Chocolate, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Nuts, Chopped
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line baking sheet with tin foil. Place graham crackers in a single layer on lined baking sheet.
- Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat. Add brown sugar. Bring to a low boil and boil for about 2-3 minutes. Add a dash of salt.
- Pour butter and sugar mixture over the graham crackers and use a spoon spread evenly. Put baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove baking sheet from oven and sprinkle chopped white chocolate over the graham crackers. Return to oven for 1 minute to help melt the chocolate. Remove from oven and use the spoon to gently spread the chocolate into an even layer.
- Sprinkle nuts over the warm chocolate. Let cool for approximately 2 hours and then cut into pieces to serve.
