White Chocolate Toffee

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line baking sheet with tin foil. Place graham crackers in a single layer on lined baking sheet.
  2. Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat. Add brown sugar. Bring to a low boil and boil for about 2-3 minutes. Add a dash of salt.
  3. Pour butter and sugar mixture over the graham crackers and use a spoon spread evenly. Put baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove baking sheet from oven and sprinkle chopped white chocolate over the graham crackers. Return to oven for 1 minute to help melt the chocolate. Remove from oven and use the spoon to gently spread the chocolate into an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle nuts over the warm chocolate. Let cool for approximately 2 hours and then cut into pieces to serve.
