White Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
- 1 pound Fresh Strawberries, Washed And Dried
- 14 ounces, weight White Chocolate
- 1 cup Blue Sanding Sugar (found At Craft Stores And Target)
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment or wax paper, and set aside.
- Pour the sugar into a small bowl, and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30 second increments, stirring after every 30 seconds, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Take each strawberry, and dip it in the white chocolate, so that the chocolate covers all but the top third of the strawberry. Quickly sprinkle the bottom third of the berry with the blue sugar. Set the dipped strawberry on the lined cookie sheet.
- Repeat with the other strawberries.
- Refrigerate the dipped strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy, and Happy 4th of July!
- Makes as many dipped strawberries as you want!
