Chicken Spaghetti(Servings: 1)
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 stalks celery, sauteed
- 1 whole onion, sauteed
- 1 can pimiento
- 2 boxes spaghetti
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- Cook chicken in pan of salted water with a piece of onion and celery until cooked.
- Take meat from bones and save liquid (strained).
- Saute celery and onion in small amount of margarine until clear.
- Add pimiento to this.
- Cook spaghetti (broken) in chicken broth for 10 minutes.
- Add chicken, onion mixture and remaining ingredients, saving a little cheese for sprinkling on top at serving time.
