Hot Pockets

  1. Brown hamburger; add onions and mushrooms and saute.
  2. Add salt, pepper, Hot Pete and liquid smoke to taste.
  3. Drain any fat from mixture in a colander.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Flatten out prepared biscuits or cut apart crescent rolls.
  6. Spoon some meat mixture onto the center of biscuit; place a slice of cheese on top; place second biscuit on top and carefully pinch edges together.
  7. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are light golden brown.
  8. These can be frozen for snacks and lunches.
