Jambalaya

  1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add ham and kielbasa.
  2. Heat 7 to 8 minutes.
  3. With slotted spoon, remove from pan.
  4. In same skillet, saute onion, peppers, celery and garlic 5 to 6 minutes until soft. Stir in rest of ingredients and heat to boil.
  5. Reduce heat.
  6. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add ham and kielbasa. Cover and simmer 4 more minutes, stirring once. Remove from heat.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes.
