White Wine Drenched Fruit Salad
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 cup White Wine (Choose One You Like To Drink And That's Not Overly Sweet)
- 2 cups Quartered Strawberries
- 1-1/2 cup Cubed Honeydew Melon
- 1-1/2 cup Cubed Cantaloupe
- 3/4 cups Blueberries
- 6 whole Medium Sized Fresh Mint Leaves, Rolled And Sliced Thin
- In a saucepan, add the sugar and white wine. Stir over medium-low heat just until the sugar dissolves into the wine (do not boil). Remove and let cool. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
- Combine desired fruit and sliced mint in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve. Dish the fruit salad into cute little cups or bowls and drizzle with the wine syrup just before serving.
- Other optional fruits like grapes, pineapple, kiwi or apples would be delicious as well! A cup of each or more would work!
