Healthy 7-Ingredient Fudgy Brownies
- 3/4 cups Applesauce
- 1/3 cups Chunky Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cups Coconut Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cups Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add wet ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir. Add dry ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl and stir.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to combine. Add chocolate chips, if using.
- Pour batter evenly into the baking dish and bake for 45-55 minutes, depending on the size of your pan. When a knife inserted int the middle comes out clean, then they are done.
- Cool for 15-20 minutes, slice and enjoy!
