Wicked Good Mac Salad
- 1 pound Pasta, Your Favorite Shape
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups White Vinegar
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 4 whole Carrots, Diced
- 4 stalks Celery, Diced
- 1 whole Red Onion, Diced
- 1/2 whole Red Pepper, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Yellow Pepper, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Orange Pepper, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Prepare pasta according to the box directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
- In a large bowl whisk together the mayo, sugar, vinegar, and sweetened condensed milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add all the veggies and pasta and toss gently until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8-12 hours before serving.
