Marshmallow Fruit Salad
- 3-1/2 ounces, weight Vanilla Pudding
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Fruit Cocktail, Drained
- 1/2 cups Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Gala Apple, Skinned And Cubed
- 10 Maraschino Cherries
- 4 Strawberries, Quartered
- 2 Nectarines, Seedless, Peeled, Segments Only
- 1/2 cups Seedless Grapes (optional)
- 2 cups Cool Whip
- 1/2 bags (10 Oz. Size) Mini Marshmallows
- Add pudding to a mixing bowl. Add drained fruit, pineapple, apples, cherries, strawberries, nectarines, grapes (if using), and whipped topping. Mix well but don't get all aggressive and damage the fruit. Once mixed, add marshmallows and gently fold into the mixture to get them nicely incorporated.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill before serving.
- This recipe is not only way too simple to make, but it's a sweet way to finish a meal. The fresh fruit really adds a great pop of tartness. This would be great served with crushed graham crackers prior to serving.
