Peanut Butter Banana Bread
- 1-3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3/4 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 Overripe Bananas, Mashed
- 3/4 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Spray a 9X5 inch loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.
- Whisk together flour and baking soda. Set aside.
- Using a mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated. Stir in vanilla, peanut butter and mashed bananas. Add flour mixture in 2 parts, mixing just until incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool 5 minutes before inverting on to wire rack to fully cool.
