Tomato Beef Sukiyaki

  1. Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high. Add olive oil and stir fry onions, garlic, and tomatoes until soft and fragrant.
  2. Add butter. Once melted, add the rest of the ingredients and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until, beef and veggies are done. Serve over rice and enjoy. If desired, add optional ingredients before serving. Taste for final seasoning.
