Chicken Breasts Parmesan

  1. Mix tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and garlic salt in a 2 cup measure.
  2. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir.
  4. Reduce power to Medium and cook for 5 minutes, stirring once.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Mix corn flake crumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan and parsley flakes.
  7. Dip chicken in beaten egg, then in crumbs. Place in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  8. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at Medium-high until chicken is tender, 9 to 14 minutes, rearranging after half the cooking time.
  9. (Do not turn over.)
  10. Pour sauce over chicken.
  11. Sprinkle Mozzarella and Parmesan over chicken. Microwave at Medium-high until cheese melts and sauce is hot, 2 to 5 1/2 minutes.
  12. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
