Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole
- 4-1/2 cups Frozen Mini Tater Tots, Thawed
- 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 pound Breakfast Sausage, Cooked
- 6 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1/2 cups Half-and-Half Cream
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
- 3/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1-1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Layer thawed tater tots across the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover tater tots with chopped onion and cooked breakfast sausage (or ham or bacon).
- In a small bowl, combine eggs, half-and-half, sour cream, parsley flakes, garlic powder, and pepper. Gently stir in cheddar cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top of tater tots and meat.
- Bake uncovered at 350u0b0F for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and eggs set.
