Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

  1. Layer thawed tater tots across the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover tater tots with chopped onion and cooked breakfast sausage (or ham or bacon).
  2. In a small bowl, combine eggs, half-and-half, sour cream, parsley flakes, garlic powder, and pepper. Gently stir in cheddar cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top of tater tots and meat.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350u0b0F for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and eggs set.
